These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Scent Bazaar website at scentbazaar.co and any wholesale orders or services you purchase from us. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our website and services.
1. About Scent Bazaar
Scent Bazaar is a wholesale perfume oil supplier based at Shop No. 47, Souq Naif, 47 St, Naif, Deira, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We supply concentrated fragrance oils, perfumers alcohol, private label manufacturing services, cosmetic bases, and related fragrance raw materials. Our services are primarily directed at business customers — retailers, manufacturers, private label brands, and professional perfumers — as well as serious individual buyers.
2. Use of Our Website
You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
- Use the website in any way that violates applicable UAE or international law
- Transmit unsolicited commercial communications
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its underlying systems
- Reproduce, copy, or redistribute content from this website without our written permission
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the website at our discretion without notice.
3. Orders and Pricing
All prices quoted are in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. An order is confirmed only upon our written acceptance (via WhatsApp, email, or other written communication). We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.
Our standard minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 100ml per fragrance oil. Minimum quantities for other products — including perfumers alcohol, cosmetic bases, and packaging components — are communicated at the time of inquiry. Bulk and industrial orders are subject to separate quotation.
4. Payment
Payment is required before dispatch for all orders unless a credit arrangement has been agreed in writing. We accept cash, bank transfer, and card payments. For international orders, full payment or a confirmed deposit is required prior to production or dispatch. All bank charges and transfer fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship to 50+ countries worldwide from our Deira, Dubai warehouse. Estimated delivery times are provided at the time of order and are indicative only — delays caused by customs clearance, carrier schedules, or force majeure events are outside our control. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon handover to the carrier. We provide MSDS, COA, allergen declarations, and Dangerous Goods documentation for all applicable international shipments. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees at the destination are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
6. Private Label and Custom Services
Private label manufacturing and custom blending services are subject to separate written agreements. Standard turnaround from formula sign-off to finished product is 3–11 weeks, subject to order complexity, volume, and component availability. Deposits paid for custom formulation work are non-refundable once development has commenced. Finished goods produced to a custom specification are non-returnable except in cases of proven manufacturing defect.
7. Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of fragrance oils and raw materials, we do not accept returns on correctly supplied goods. If you receive goods that are incorrect, damaged in transit, or materially defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence. Valid claims will be resolved by replacement, credit, or refund at our discretion. We strongly recommend requesting samples before placing large wholesale orders — free samples of up to 12 fragrance oils are available for this purpose.
8. Product Information and Safety
All fragrance oils and raw materials supplied by Scent Bazaar are intended for professional or commercial use. It is the buyer's responsibility to conduct appropriate safety assessments before incorporating any product into a finished consumer product. Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and Certificates of Analysis (COA) are provided with all orders and must be passed on to end users or incorporated into your own product safety documentation as required by your local regulations.
Fragrance oils are not for direct skin application in undiluted form. Perfumers alcohol is a flammable liquid — handle, store, and transport in accordance with the MSDS and all applicable regulations.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, product descriptions, and design — is the property of Scent Bazaar or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this website without our prior written consent. Custom fragrance formulas developed for private label clients remain the intellectual property of the client upon full payment.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Scent Bazaar's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or any order shall not exceed the value of the goods supplied in the transaction giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special losses including lost profits, loss of business, or reputational damage. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our website or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of our website or placing a new order after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
